1.
All the time that you were sleeping Looking for the things you said Holding on to more than something Of all the thoughts inside my head But now it's time I cannot see it We believe but all too late What do you want from me Are you looking for a reason why What do you want from me Is there anything in your life Tell me why I need a reason You don't see it like I do Moving on arranging faces Changing old for something new But now it's time I cannot see it We believe but all too late What do you want from me Are you looking for a reason why What do you want from me Is there anything in your life All the time we are receiving Looking for the way ahead Tuning in the wire's broken Messages are left unread But now it's time I need to leave here We believe but all too late...
2.
Wait for me No reaction Just give it some time I need a reason You’ve got to give it me What do you hide from You’ve got to let it be free You’re coming undone There is something wrong inside your mind There is one thing it’s so hard to find You commit to shift sometimes What it is you conceal with lies We break down Your deception We find out With no exception You’ve got to give it to me Where do you come from You’ve got to let it be free You’re going under There’s something wrong inside your mind There’s one thing it’s so hard to find You commit to shift sometimes What it is you conceal with lies
3.
Why do I get the feeling Something isn’t right Why do I get that feeling I won’t be here tonight But I don’t want to be saved From all the things that I’ve done Sometimes we need to be brave But it’s so easy to run You know that we’re falling (falling) I said hold on, this is all wrong So I’m perfecting the art of evasion Do you get the feeling That something has gone Do you get the feeling That you don’t belong But I don’t need to be told Of all the things I could say Sometimes I feel so cold Maybe it’s better that way You know that we’re falling (falling) I said hold on, this is all wrong So I’m perfecting the art of evasion
4.
I turn around There’s nothing wrong We’re moving up to higher ground And I can see That there is grief behind a screen Here forever... You can’t hide forever This is now or never Come to me now Soon we are dust And no-one’s left to hear that sound So who can say “We never saw the warning signs” Here forever... You can’t hide forever This is now or never
